I resonated with Richard’s quote today. I only beginning to learn that I can’t sustain trying not to think and dwell on things that are not helpful. I need to fall into the big love instead.

  I’m with you. I think I will be learning how to fall into the Big Love the rest of my life. At the same time, each time I AM able to actually be in that space of letting go, makes all of the other times when I keep grasping seem smaller and smaller in weight…Hard to put into words here.
