  1. The phrase that sticks out to me is Because the demons knew his true identity, he didn’t let them say a word. The picture that comes to my mind is of complete authority that Jesus has. I also see Jesus removing darkness in this city. The application I get from this is that we must bring people to Jesus whether it is through prayer or engaging conversations people are seeking for something or someone but don’t know where to find it.
