Amos 7.1-14 for Sunday, July 14

Greetings,
I’ve been away for a couple of weeks. It’s good to be back! Again, summer is my very busy travel season. Thank you for your patience when I am away. I haven’t prayed Lectio Divinia-style with the prophets too often. So, this week’s text is a bit strange feeling. But I trust that even when a part of the Scripture is not easily entered into, God can use even that piece of the grand story for good and growth. I’m interested in hearing how this is, or isn’t, the case for you.
Deepest Peace of Christ,
Todd
